When considering oil pulling, you want to go with the oils that are going to work the best in the mouth. This is because not just any oil is going to work.

What Oils to Use
Traditionally, oils that were used for this were sesame and sunflower usually. These would work the best to pull the toxins from the mouth.

How to Oil Pull
You want to oil pull right when you get out bed in the morning. Do not eat anything and do not drink anything before you do this.
It must be the first thing and you have to ensure that you use 1 to 2 tablespoons and swish in the mouth for a full 10 to 20 minutes to ensure that all toxins are being removed. You then want to spit out all of the oil, taking care not to swallow any of it in the process.
When you do this, you should do it almost every day and you will notice that your mouth feels better overall after a few times of doing it. This is the oil pulling at work.
