ARCHPOINT Multi-tooth Implants
The invention of the dental implant has truly revolutionized the way we treat tooth loss. Whether you are missing one tooth or many teeth, dental implants may be the best solution. At ARCHPOINT, we specialize in both single and multiple implant-supported restorations. Multiple dental implants can be the right choice if you are in need of a bridge or denture.

Traditional bridges consist of two dental crowns linked together by a pontic or false tooth. The teeth adjacent to the open space must be completely reshaped to accommodate the crowns. Over time, the crowned teeth may become more vulnerable to decay and damage. These days, patients tend to opt for implant-supported bridges. An implant-supported bridge can be used to replace more than one tooth. In most cases, an implant will be placed for each missing tooth. If this is not possible, we may suspend a pontic between two implant-supported crowns.
An implant-supported bridge is a permanent restoration that can improve your ability to properly chew and speak. It is a better option for your oral health, because it preserves your bone structure and does not affect your surrounding teeth. Patients with implant-supported bridges also experience an improvement in durability.
All-on-4 Treatment Concept®
If you are missing all or most of your teeth, we may recommend All-on-4. All-on-4 is an implant-supported denture used to replace an entire arch of missing teeth in the upper and lower jaws. All-on-4 is the superior denture thanks to revolutionary technology and techniques. Other implant-supported dentures require the use of six to eight implants per arch. With All-on-4, the implants are placed at a precise angle to create leverage and maximize support. With this technique, we only need to place four implants to support an entire arch of prosthetic teeth!
To qualify for All-on-4, you must have a sufficient amount of bone in the jaw. However, less implants lead to a quicker and more comfortable healing period. Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-4 allows you to you to enjoy your favorite foods with confidence. You will not have to worry about embarrassing slips or messy adhesives. All-on-4 is the convenient and ideal choice for patients with total tooth loss. Because the implants become a part of you, your new smile will look, feel, and function just like your natural teeth!
In some circumstances, an implant-supported overdenture may be the best option for you. Most implant-supported overdentures consist of two to four implants and a removable appliance. The appliance is attached to the implants using a ball-in-socket system or a metal bar. Implant-supported dentures are considered to a be a step above traditional dentures because they provide more stability and longevity. However, they still have to be taken out at night and removed to be cleaned. This option is best for patients that may not qualify for All-on-4 due to severe bone deterioration.
